An evening at Cyrus begins in the Bubbles Lounge where a glittering Champagne and Martini cart beckons.
The next leg of the journey brings each party to their table in the dining room with its sweeping views of Alexander Valley. A succession of beautifully plated courses finishing with dessert and sweet bites follows.
